Build 2

Build 2 is now available for it's public release!

Apologies for the long delay on this one folks, a combination of factors has made it very hard on the team for the past few months, but I'm very happy to report it's now available!

For a future update, Cleaved Build 3's script has been in development simultaneously with the development of this build and should hopefully release much sooner. Please stay tuned for updates on this.

With that said, we hope you enjoy Cleaved Build 2 - Law and Lords!

uh... i get one choice the entirety of the VN? and then "to be continued" after a very brief boat scene... am i missing something?

I was so confused by the trial not having different dialogue when I went back to my save where I went with Frasier.  Shouldn't it be VASTLY different?

I had to pause because the trial was ended with us "being free", but in reality we're now slaves that can either do what we're forced to do or we're imprisoned, for life i bet, or killed and we're ok with this? Also when give the option to get back our phone we just give it away because it has no power? Even a dead phone can be used in many ways. But all in all why does it play out as if we enjoy the idea of forced work and going as far as saying we would make things out of our freewill? Sorry for the rant, I'm just trying to understand why the MC is ok with everything that's been done to him so far

I found it weirder how the king became buddy buddy with him nearly instantly. The mc at least makes sense, he's doing whatever to get back to his world and make his current situation better. His situation is already great, he's friends with the king, guards and the thieves. He has good job prospects too. Just on a bit of parole or how it's called basically

I wouldn't call being firced to work under surveillance a "good job prospect". Also i find even more odd and stupid that after escaping, we then willingly go back and the guy who helped us escape is also ok with sending us back.

Compared to most other "human in wolf society" vns, this mc is living the good life. At least he's not collared, beaten and humiliated in public

True that! Except probably the humiliation, with the whole guards jumping him

I don't find it weird how quickly the King became buddy buddy with the MC.
Ever heard of Marco Polo who befriended Kublai Khan? In fact history is chalk full of true stories of Kings becoming fast friends with travelers from far off lands for the simple reason of  obtaining knowledge of else where.

You are experiencing a difference in culture,  and not just the fictional one.
Most people on earth live exactly the way you just described.
Be productive or die, and if the bully wants something from you give it to them.
Most people do not have the power or money to resist these realities.

You can't really claim it's a difference of culture and you can't claim slavery is tied to culture. Also "be productive or die and give bullies what they want"? I can sit here and break apart your statement, but unless you're ready to read an essay I won't bother. Also while I'm exactly sure how you got going from being a prisoner to fully accepting all I said while being glad is tied to culture, because there's no culture or anyplace where you'd be glad unless you've been indoctrinated

You defeat your own argument when you say "there's no culture or anyplace where you'd be glad unless you've been indoctrinated" You're pointing out the very means by which that can and does happen, but I won't dwell on that.

Slavery is evil, but trying to pretend there are no cultures that had it as a cornerstone of their society is foolish.  Ever heard of Rome?
Not putting up any resistance to those that are more powerful than you is quite common literally every where. Do you pull over for the police? Are you cordial with police when they pull you over for no reason? Have you ever heard of civil asset forfeiture?   These are things that exist in your world. They are not unbelievable or immersion breaking.

I'm not making a moral judgement about how things should be, simply pointing out how things actually are for the majority of people.

Lastly, if you work for a living surely you understand that if you are not productive you will be cut off from a revenue stream yes?  You're aware of what happens when someone  has no income yes?  This is what I meant by be productive or die being a reality for most people. Be productive or die also transcends being a fact of all human civilization to being a fundamental law of nature for all living things in the world.

Sorry I had to amend this to ask, what do you mean when you say? "You can't really claim it's a difference of culture and you can't claim slavery is tied to culture."

The definition of culture is "the customs, arts, social institutions, and achievements of a particular nation, people, or other social group."
See how it says social institutions?   Slavery is a social institution.

I really did enjoy this build, love how it played out and cain't wait to see What's next !🔥👌

Very intrigued with the technology, I wasn't really expecting that the wolf's would have this kind of advancement. Quick question is that a disadvantage to the mc us in the story because it is said he can't remember much of what he did  back  in his world but i I guess this could be a spoiler so humour me if you can Author . 😅

Have good day ✌️
